AMAZING FERN II
Ferns just starting their new growth before they become a lovely lacy fern.
Found in Paul Bunyon State Forest near Nevis, MN.
I have a young grandson who took this photo. He pointed the dragonfly out to me but I really couldn't see it clearly as it blended so well into its surroundings.

Milkweed - food for the Gods or as they say - the beautiful butterflies. Their caterpillars only eat milkweed and Monarch butterflies lay their eggs on milkweed.

Our backyard which sits next to 35 acres of wetlands. It was a very foggy day with lots of sun when I took this photo. It looked rather eerie but beautiful.
